What You Could Be Doing
The successful intern will support the Client Service team with activities such as:
- Supporting day-to-day client relationships
- Assisting with project coordination from briefing to final delivery
- Preparing meeting agendas and taking meeting notes
- Assisting with client presentations and status reports
- Coordinating with internal teams such as Strategy, Creative, Production and Media
- Monitoring project timelines and workflow
- Helping manage client feedback
- Assisting with project administration and job tracking
- Learning how creative projects move from the initial brief through to production and delivery
- Gaining exposure to packaging, print processes and design projects

- Is studying towards or has completed a qualification in Marketing, Communications, Commerce, Business or a related field
- Enjoys working with people and building relationships

- Has an interest in brands, advertising and design
- Takes initiative and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
